Shipping costs

Every order of $15 or more, before tax, ships free. Orders under $15 ship for a flat $7.10. Anything you add to an order right after you pay ships in the same box, at no shipping cost.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico and US territories. We don't ship internationally yet.

When your order ships

We pack and ship orders from Denver, Colorado. Most orders ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

How long delivery takes

We ship with USPS. Most packages arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Remote addresses and US territories can take longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If your order ships in more than one box, you get one email for each box, listing exactly what is inside it.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, including any apartment or unit number. If you spot a mistake, email support@deftgoods.com right away. We can fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, late or damaged packages

• If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@deftgoods.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
• If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with USPS to find it and make it right.
